n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Myftinis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, teologu Arben Halluni n\u00eb prani t\u00eb medieve tha se: \u201cMyftinia Shkod\u00ebr n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb muajit t\u00eb Begat\u00eb t\u00eb Ramazanit ka nisur shp\u00ebrndarjen e ndihmave p\u00ebr shtresat n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, t\u00eb varf\u00ebr dhe skamnor, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt z\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji dhe n\u00eb shenj\u00eb humanizmi dhe solidariteti me ta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Teologu Halluni u shpreh se: \u201cKy gjest modest nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb materiale, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb e kujdesit dhe v\u00ebmendjes son\u00eb ndaj nj\u00eb komuniteti q\u00eb meriton m\u00eb shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe p\u00ebrfshirje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Ai
