Data e nd\u00ebrtimit nuk i dihet, ve\u00e7se vler\u00ebsohet si nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb hershmet. K\u00ebt\u00eb tez\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet fakti se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb me <strong>xhamit\u00eb e Hynqarit<\/strong> e t\u00eb Selvis\u00eb(n\u00eb vitin 1478) dhe me xhamin\u00eb e lagjes <strong>Alibegaj <\/strong>(para vitit 1529). Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr version i mundsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ai se ku zinte vend ushtria turke, nd\u00ebrtonte xhami q\u00eb ushtar\u00eb e oficer\u00eb t\u00eb kryenin ritet fetare, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrjashtohet edhe nd\u00ebrtimi i saj pas vendosjes s\u00eb ushtris\u00eb turke n\u00eb kalan\u00eb\u00a0 Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1478.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"left\">\n<article>\n<div class=\"formatted\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/18e0\/29c8\/3ef2\/5874c8ad19814.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtesa e xhamis\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb kull\u00eb guri deri n\u00eb 1 met\u00ebr mbi \u00e7ati, pastaj vazhdonte minareje prej d\u00ebrrase q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar s\u00eb bashku me restaurimin e xhamis\u00eb\u00a0 gjat\u00eb sundimit osman n\u00eb vitin 1479. Vendi ku faleshin besimtar\u00ebt, ka pasur n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb tri dritare me hark dhe der\u00ebn e hyrjes n\u00eb an\u00ebsore. \u00c7atia e mbuluar me tjegulla, ka patur nj\u00eb kulm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At Eresmo Belneo<\/strong>, n\u00eb vitin 1757 p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb xhami thot\u00eb se ajo ka qen\u00eb \u201cxhami e madhe, e bukur\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb saj, <strong>kemi vizatimin e nj\u00eb autori gjerman<\/strong>, i cili e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb mbi baz\u00ebn e tregimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtari q\u00eb e kishte vizituar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1820.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/3a2a\/0a69\/3d20\/5874c8d161496.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Si objekt kulti brenda territorit t\u00eb Kalas\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, ajo ka qen\u00eb mbajtur vazhdimisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Riparohej shpesh\u00a0 n\u00ebn kujdesin e pashallar\u00ebve dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe nga guvernatori turk. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhami kryente ritet paria, oborrtar\u00ebt, familjet e tyre, oficer\u00ebt e ushtar\u00ebt. K\u00ebtu jan\u00eb k\u00ebnduar Mevlude n\u00eb \u00e7do vit me nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje edhe nga qyteti posht\u00eb kalas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haxhi Bori\u00e7i, n\u00eb ditarin e tij ka shkruar se<\/strong>: \u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhami ka d\u00ebgjuar vase dhe ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebndimin e Mevludeve\u201d. Ai madje sh\u00ebnon edhe dat\u00ebn 4 mars 1846, dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb, kur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhami ishte k\u00ebnduar Mevludi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/50f7\/e264\/6051\/5874c9287c590.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se ritet fetare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhami t\u00eb jen\u00eb kryer deri n\u00eb vitin 1865, nd\u00ebrsa si pron\u00eb-vak\u00ebf e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb islame e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka q\u00ebndruar deri n\u00eb vitin 1967, vit q\u00eb shteti monist mbylli t\u00eb gjitha kultet fetare dhe ndaloi me ligj besimin dhe praktikimin e fes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim dinjitoz t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj xhamie jep studiuesi i njohur shkodran Hamdi Bushati n\u00eb librin voluminoz\u00a0 \u201cShkodra dhe motet\u201d si dhe <strong>revista \u201cLeka\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Por cila \u00ebsht\u00eb situata e sotme e k\u00ebtij kulti t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm fetar dhe \u00e7far\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie mbart ajo p\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, por jo vet\u00ebm?!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb\u00a0 myftiu i zon\u00ebs Shkod\u00ebr, imam <strong>Muhamed Sytari<\/strong> n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb ekskluzive p\u00ebr <strong>TRT<\/strong>, <strong>Z\u00ebrin e Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip<\/strong> shprehet:<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/5e2c\/1abb\/88a5\/5874c8ed487da.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<\/em><em>Do t\u00eb thoja fillimisht se p\u00ebr \u00e7do popull, p\u00ebr \u00e7do komunitet, p\u00ebr \u00e7do bashk\u00ebsi besimtare, objektet e kultit jan\u00eb simbolika t\u00eb shtrenjta dhe t\u00eb shenjta, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo tjet\u00ebr ruajn\u00eb n\u00eb heshtjen e tyre vet\u00ebdijen fetare t\u00eb cilitdo prej komuniteteve q\u00eb i respekton, i nderon dhe i ruan me fanatiz\u00ebm legjitim k\u00ebto objekte.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Duke iu referuar shkrimeve t\u00eb vjetra, \u201cfortesa e Shkodr\u00ebs ngrihet mbi nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmb t\u00eb lart\u00eb e t\u00eb rrept\u00eb, pran\u00eb liqenit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs\u201d, sikurse shkruan <\/em><strong><em>Evlija \u00c7elebiu n\u00eb \u201cSeyahatnamen\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em> e tij. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fortes\u00eb, thot\u00eb ai, ka pak sht\u00ebpi dhe nj\u00eb xhami, ajo e Sulltan Muhamedit, pra e Sulltan Fatihit, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbuluar me tjegulla dhe e nd\u00ebrtuar sipas stilit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Normalisht k\u00ebto shkrime t\u00eb Evlija \u00c7elebiut n\u00eb &#8220;Seyahatnamen&#8221; e tij jan\u00eb regjistruar diku n\u00eb vitet 1070-1080 sipas kalendarit hixhri, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht rreth viteve 1660-1670 sipas er\u00ebs son\u00eb. Normalisht, ajo q\u00eb vlen t\u00eb theksohet, kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr xhamin\u00eb e Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe <\/em><strong><em>sh\u00ebnimi i Hamdi Bushatit<\/em><\/strong><em>, i cili n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij <\/em><strong><em>\u201cShkodra dhe motet\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em> thekson se: \u201cOsmanlinjt\u00eb p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket kthimit t\u00eb kishave n\u00eb xhami ndiqnin k\u00ebt\u00eb parim: Me lan\u00eb kisha aq sa i mjaftonte popullit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer funksionet fetare, t\u00eb tjerat me i kthyer n\u00eb xhami&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/8663\/0494\/abb8\/5874c9589b3ae.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>K\u00ebt\u00eb e them n\u00ebse realisht <\/em><strong><em>xhamia e Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut<\/em><\/strong><em> ka pasur nj\u00eb origjin\u00eb kishtare, sepse Hamdi Bushati duke iu referuar dokumenteve t\u00eb vjetra dhe hulumtimeve t\u00eb tij shkruan se:<\/em><em> \u201c<\/em><em>kleri katolik pretendon se ky objekt ka q\u00ebn\u00eb kish\u00eb, duke u bazuar n\u00eb relacionet e Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanit t\u00eb vitit 1685\u201d, por ai thekson gjithashtu se: \u201ca ishte kjo xhami m\u00eb par\u00eb kish\u00eb nuk dihet me siguri se nuk ka asnj\u00eb dokument real q\u00eb ta vertetoj\u00eb at\u00eb\u201d. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht ai thot\u00eb se: \u201ckleri katolik tu pretendue se ajo ka q\u00ebn\u00eb kisha e Sh\u00ebn Shtjefnit ose e Sh\u2019 Kollit <\/em><strong><em>n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pushtimit Fashist<\/em><\/strong><em>, tu\u00a0dasht\u00eb me p\u00ebrfitue nga situata e favorshme klerikale planifikoi rind\u00ebrtimin e saj, dhe k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb me koh\u00eb edhe<\/em><strong><em>k\u00ebshtjella \u201cRozafat\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em> do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion fetar apo kuvendesh etj.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(\u2026) <\/em><em>Natyrsh\u00ebm un\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb analizoj th\u00ebniet e nj\u00ebrit apo tjetrit prej kronikan\u00ebve t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb shkuara, por ajo q\u00eb dua t\u00eb them me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe bazuar n\u00eb fakte konkrete historike \u00ebsht\u00eb se objekti i kultit n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb xhamia e Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut, i cili p\u00ebr ne mysliman\u00ebt mbetet nj\u00eb personalitet i shquar i historis\u00eb s\u00eb past\u00ebr, t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb e t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb kaluar. Sulltan Mehmet Fatihu \u00ebsht\u00eb personi t\u00eb cilin e ka paralajm\u00ebruar ardhjen e tij, triumfin e tij, lavdin\u00eb e tij dhe \u00a0madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e tij vet\u00eb <\/em><strong><em>Profeti i Islamit<\/em><\/strong><em>, Hz. Muhammedi (a.s), i cili thoshte p\u00ebr \u00e7liruesin e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs: \u201cNiemel emiru, emiruha\u201d, pra: <\/em><strong><em>\u201cBekuar qoft\u00eb komandanti i asaj ushtrie, bekuar qofshin ushtar\u00ebt e asaj ushtrie!\u201d <\/em><\/strong><em>Tek ne mysliman\u00ebt, Sulltan Mehmet Fatihu \u00ebsht\u00eb personalitet i shtrenjt\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit. Ne e respektojm\u00eb dhe e nderojm\u00eb at\u00eb, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb son\u00eb. Kur themi <\/em><strong><em>\u201cHistoria osmane\u201d, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb historia e krejt mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong><em>, p\u00ebrfshi edhe mysliman\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebsisoj ne e respektojm\u00eb, e \u00a0nderojm\u00eb dhe e \u00a0vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb mbetjen e xhamis\u00eb q\u00eb mban\u00eb emrin e tij n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs, maksimalisht si nj\u00eb relikte e \u00e7muar dhe e shquar e historis\u00eb son\u00eb fetare dhe asaj komb\u00ebtare.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kisha katolike duke pretenduar se ky kult fetar para se t\u00eb jet\u00eb xhami 500 vje\u00e7are ka qene e krishtere, ajo p\u00ebr 12 vite radhazi kremton mesh\u00eb vjetore, p\u00ebr \u00e7do 26 dhjetor, n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtim si\u00e7 e quajn\u00eb ata t\u00eb pajtorit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, sh\u00ebn Shtjefni, gj\u00eb e cila ka sjell\u00eb edhe reagimin e myftinis\u00eb, e cila e konsideruar nj\u00eb provokim dhe c\u00ebnim t\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb harmonis\u00eb dhe toleranc\u00ebs nd\u00ebrfetare, jo vet\u00ebm nga arqipeshkvia, por edhe nga ministria e kultur\u00ebs e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Myftinia e Shkodr\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong><em> n\u00eb momentin e par\u00eb, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni me veprimin e kish\u00ebs katolike t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb meshe t\u00eb papritur n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kontaktet e duhura dhe ka komunikuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme legjitime zyrtare.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMe drejtuesit e kish\u00ebs katolike jan\u00eb marr\u00eb takime t\u00eb ndryshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb komunikuar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shkresave, takimeve, bashk\u00ebbisedimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga myftiler\u00ebt e ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe rreth 12-13 vje\u00e7are q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalohet ky veprim, i cili p\u00ebr ne mysliman\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs e p\u00ebr myftinin\u00eb konsiderohet si nj\u00eb provokim i pakuptimt\u00eb dhe i pa nevojsh\u00ebm, i cili prek n\u00eb thelb vlerat e harmonis\u00eb nd\u00ebrfetare n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, k\u00ebt\u00eb harmoni dhe mir\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb e kemi m\u00ebkuar me m\u00ebsimet e Kur\u2019anit, me m\u00ebsimet e Hz. Muhammedit (a.s) dhe m\u00ebsimet e traditat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb islame nd\u00ebr shekuj, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe pjes\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb Hilafetit Islam, atij Osman. Normalisht, ne si myftini e Shkodr\u00ebs <\/em><strong><em>kemi reaguar edhe ndaj<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>ministris\u00eb s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs <\/em><\/strong><em>q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb lej\u00ebn p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebsaj ceremonie fetare. N\u00eb thelb, ne nuk nd\u00ebrhyjm\u00eb ne aktivitetin fetar t\u00eb asnj\u00eb komuniteti fetar n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Respektojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet, vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb aktivitetin legjitim t\u00eb gjith\u00ebsecilit prej komuniteteve fetare, si nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb legjitime n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku besimet dhe komunitetet fetare kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre t\u00eb barabarta. Por, nuk e kuptojm\u00eb faktin pse ministria e kultur\u00ebs q\u00eb sot mban n\u00eb inventaret e saj mbetjet e xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut, (q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vak\u00ebf i shenjt\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb administrim t\u00eb komunitetit mysliman t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb), p\u00ebrse ministria ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb leje p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebsaj ceremonie fetare?!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.trt.net.tr\/images\/cd53\/f46f\/eba2\/5874c9da5d6f4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Realisht ne e kemi kund\u00ebrshtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim, i kemi komunikuar me shkresa, ministrin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs, kish\u00ebn katolike, institucionet e tjera t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, komunitetin e kulteve etj, sikurse kemi v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni normalisht edhe komunitetin mysliman t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00eb me 26 dhjetor t\u00eb vitit q\u00eb shkoi, pra para pak dit\u00ebsh, <\/em><strong><em>pas vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb krisht\u00eblindjes q\u00eb b\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb kish\u00ebn katolike,<\/em><\/strong><em> dit\u00ebn e nes\u00ebrme u befasuam me faktin q\u00eb drejtues t\u00eb kish\u00ebs katolike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u uruam nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara fest\u00ebn, ishin tashm\u00eb n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb ton\u00eb historike t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb e t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, duke kremtuar nj\u00eb mesh\u00eb. P\u00ebr mua personalisht ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim krejt i pakuptimt\u00eb, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr myftinin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr komunitetin e bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb provokim i panevojsh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb c\u00ebnim i bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs dhe harmonis\u00eb nd\u00ebrfetare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kemi p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta ruajm\u00eb, ta mbrojm\u00eb dhe ta m\u00ebkojm\u00eb me vlerat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb respektit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb dhe mos c\u00ebnimit t\u00eb simboleve t\u00eb shenjta historike p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>-I pyetur p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb kontakt me ambasad\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Turqis\u00eb \u00a0n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur edhe ajo rolin e saj n\u00eb ruajtjen e k\u00ebsaj trash\u00ebgimie islame dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht pjes\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs osmane, myftiu imam Muhamed Sytari tha:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cFillimisht do t\u00eb thoja se <\/em><strong><em>objekti i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Sulltan Mehmet Fatihut n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs dhe e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb islame t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb, <\/em><\/strong><em>pra pjes\u00eb e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb islame shqiptare.
