Sytari takoi drejtorin e \u201cQatar Charity\u201d, z. Mahmud Shakir me t\u00eb cilin bashk\u00ebbisedoi rreth disa \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve me interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00eb, Myftiu Sytari fal\u00ebnderoi p\u00ebrpjekjet e vazhdueshme t\u00eb z. Shakir p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb projektit t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb lagjes Tophan\u00eb, projekt i cili po zhvillohet prej koh\u00ebsh dhe pritet q\u00eb brenda afateve t\u00eb paracaktuar t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohet Myftinis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftiu Sytari vuri theksin edhe te disa projekte q\u00eb Myftinia Shkod\u00ebr lobon p\u00ebr realizimin e tyre prej disa vitesh, ku n\u00eb krye t\u00eb tyre q\u00ebndron domosdoshm\u00ebria e ngritjes s\u00eb kompleksit t\u00eb ri islam n\u00eb lagjen Rus, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin theksoi se, akoma sot ka disa pengesa t\u00eb pakuptimta dhe thuajse t\u00eb patolerueshme, q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb peng vak\u00ebfin legjitim dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e kahershme t\u00eb musliman\u00ebve t\u00eb Rusit p\u00ebr pajisjen e lagjes s\u00eb tyre me xhamin\u00eb e re.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai theksoi se, lagjja Rus ka nj\u00eb simbolik\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr musliman\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, sepse lidhet me emrin e nderuar t\u00eb Hfz.
