Sytari, teologu Idmir Plaku, imam i xhamis\u00eb &#8220;Ebu Bek\u00ebr&#8221; dhe imami i xhamis\u00eb Parruc\u00eb, teologu Naim Drijaj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb referatet e tyre, u hodh drit\u00eb mbi historikun e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb Parruc\u00eb, si nj\u00eb vend adhurimi shekullor p\u00ebr lagjen e vjet\u00ebr muslimane t\u00eb Parruc\u00ebs, roli i xhamis\u00eb n\u00eb edukim dhe ruajtje nga devijimet, si dhe edukata e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies me xhamin\u00eb dhe e komunikimit n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U p\u00ebrmend\u00ebn me mir\u00ebnjohje dhe respekt hoxhallar\u00ebt e nderuar q\u00eb kontribuuan nd\u00ebr shekuj, si dhe donator\u00ebt e nderuar q\u00eb mund\u00ebsuan ngritjen e xhamive n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lagje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, u spikat kontributi i madh i t\u00eb nderuarit, z. Seit Fishta, q\u00eb mund\u00ebsoi nd\u00ebrtimin e xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb Parruc\u00ebs, si dhe kontributi i vyer i qeveris\u00eb turke, q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet organizat\u00ebs TIKA, mund\u00ebsoi veshjen e xhamis\u00eb me qeramikat zbukuruese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10 vjetori i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb Parruc\u00ebs, e treta n\u00eb harkun kohor t\u00eb tre shekujve t\u00eb fundit, ka nj\u00eb dometh\u00ebnie shum\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr musliman\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, pasi u p\u00ebrurua plot 40 vite pas shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb
