Ilir Dizdari, mori pjes\u00eb edhe drejtuesi i arsimit, pran\u00eb Myftinis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, teologu Arben Halluni, i cili p\u00ebrpara \u00e7eljes s\u00eb iftarit, dha disa k\u00ebshilla t\u00eb dobishme edukative dhe besimore p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranishmit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duke i uruar nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb agj\u00ebrim t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb Ramazan t\u00eb pranuar, teologu Halluni shprehu urimet e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrta p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj m\u00eb plot mir\u00ebsi dhe devotshm\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
