Sytari, Myfti i Zon\u00ebs Shkod\u00ebr, risolli n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje nj\u00eb plag\u00eb t\u00eb pambyllur akoma n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri shqiptare q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb grabitja e pron\u00ebs s\u00eb tjetrit dhe vuajtjet e pronar\u00ebve legjitim\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb hakun e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet certifikimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs private.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftiu solli n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen rastin e sahabiut t\u00eb nderuar, Hazreti Said ibnu Zejd (r.a), t\u00eb cilin e akuzuan nj\u00eb dit\u00eb se kishte grabitur nj\u00eb tok\u00eb. I gjendur p\u00ebrball\u00eb gjyqtarit, sahabiu i nderuar u shpreh: \u201cT\u00eb grabis un\u00eb nj\u00eb tok\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb kam d\u00ebgjuar at\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut (a.s)?!\u201d Dhe kur gjyqtari e pyeti p\u00ebr hadithin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ai tha: I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut (a.s) ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAi q\u00eb grabit, qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb tok\u00eb, ajo do t\u2019i lidhet sa shat\u00eb fishi i tok\u00ebs n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e kiametit\u201d, pra si shenj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimi i madh nga Zoti i gjith\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb hak t\u00eb pronarit legjitim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftiu t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen se akoma sot, 36 vite pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare fenomeni i v\u00ebllavrasjes, i ngat\u00ebrresave dhe i p\u00ebrplasjeve shpesh edhe t\u00eb dhunshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb grabitjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs legjitime, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb plag\u00eb e cila e r\u00ebndon p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, paqes sociale dhe vlerave qytet\u00ebruese q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohen n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftiu i b\u00ebri thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkelur n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e tjetrit, q\u00eb kan\u00eb grabitur qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb tok\u00eb apo kan\u00eb falsifikuar certifikatat e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb, k\u00ebtu apo atje, q\u00eb dera e pendimit \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma e hapur dhe se \u00e7do njeri sado i paudh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e ka nj\u00eb moment kthese dhe reflektimi p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer tek e drejta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, Myftiu theksoi se prona legjitime \u00ebsht\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb dhe se kushdo q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim ka bekimet e Zotit dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e Tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb mesazh e lidhi edhe me lutjen q\u00eb sahabiu i nderuar, Said ibnu Zejd b\u00ebri kund\u00ebr personit q\u00eb e kishte akuzuar padrejt\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr grabitjen e pron\u00ebs me \u00e7\u2019rast ai u lut dhe tha: \u201cO Zoti im, n\u00ebse kjo grua q\u00eb m\u00eb akuzon \u00ebsht\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtare verboja syt\u00eb dhe merrja shpirtin n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e saj\u201d. Nuk kaloi shum\u00eb dhe ajo grua u verbua dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb teksa ecte, teksa l\u00ebvizte n\u00eb bah\u00e7en e saj ra n\u00eb nj\u00eb grop\u00eb dhe vdiq.
