dhe komentimin e vepr\u00ebs &#8220;Esh-Shif\u00e2&#8221;, t\u00eb Shejhul-Islamit Kadi Ijad El-Endelusi (476-544), vep\u00ebr q\u00eb ka fituar p\u00eblqimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e elitave t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve musliman\u00eb nd\u00ebr shekuj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb mexhlisin e k\u00ebsaj mbr\u00ebmje, Myftiu u fokusua tek kapitulli i dashuris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb
