Jaser Al-Bader, konsull n\u00eb Ambasad\u00ebn e Shtetit t\u00eb Kuvajtit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb takimit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Myftinis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr fal\u00ebnderoi p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrsisht ambasad\u00ebn kuvajtiane, qeverin\u00eb dhe popullin mik e bujar t\u00eb Kuvajtit p\u00ebr ndihmat dhe kontributet e gjithanshme q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe jep prej vitesh p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar, sidomos gjat\u00eb muajit t\u00eb bekuar t\u00eb Ramazanit, duke shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb me mij\u00ebra pako me ndihma ushqimore n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nga ana e tij, z.
