Sytari, priti n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrt prefektin e ri t\u00eb Qarkut Shkod\u00ebr, z. \u00c7esk Millja.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prefekti i ri i Shkodr\u00ebs, shprehu k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vizit\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Myftinin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs, duke theksuar rolin e madh q\u00eb ka institucioni i musliman\u00ebve t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb ruajtjen dhe kultivimin e vlerave t\u00eb paqes dhe harmonis\u00eb komunitare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nga ana e tij, Myftiu e fal\u00ebnderoi z.
