Sytari, takoi disa prej imam\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit dhe fshatit, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndau projekt-iden\u00eb e fillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb cikli t\u00eb ri ligj\u00ebratash me tem\u00eb: &#8220;Resulull-llahu (a.s.) &#8211; shembulli m\u00eb i p\u00ebrsosur&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftiu shpjegoi se ky cik\u00ebl nis pas diskutimeve dhe sugjerimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga imam\u00ebt tn\u00eb, kryesisht t\u00eb fshatrave, q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb aktivitete fetare, tubime e ligj\u00ebrata p\u00ebr xhematin dhe banor\u00ebt musliman\u00eb t\u00eb Qarkut Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U lajm\u00ebrua p\u00ebr iden\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre tubimeve, si dhe imam\u00ebt teolog\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb to. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, u theksua r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebto ligj\u00ebrata n\u00eb prag t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb Muajit Rebiulevel 1440, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin mbar\u00eb bota islame p\u00ebrkujton Lindjen e Begat\u00eb t\u00eb Hz.
