Bashkim Radaj dhe pan\u00eb nga af\u00ebr gjendjen e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe kushtet e mjerueshme, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat banonte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb prononcim p\u00ebr mediat, teologu Hamja fal\u00ebnderoi rinin\u00eb e fshatit Drisht, emigrant\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Postrib\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u treguan t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb familje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjithashtu, teologu Hamja, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera tha: &#8220;Fillimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit t&#8217;u sigurojn\u00eb kushtet minimale t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb banes\u00ebs. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, q\u00eb dikund t\u00eb derdhen miliona lek\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrje, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ka familje, t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb as kushtet minimale t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe as t\u00eb banimit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb familje, varf\u00ebria jo vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq, por ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e njer\u00ebzve dhe nuk i l\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, Myftinia Shkod\u00ebr dhuroi disa pako ushqimore, pasi kjo familje nuk zot\u00ebronte as me \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb ushqehej.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rinia e fshatit mor\u00ebn angazhim q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb me fuqi pun\u00ebtore p\u00ebr rregullimin e k\u00ebsaj banes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myftinia Shkod\u00ebr b\u00ebn thirrje, q\u00eb \u00e7dokush q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb, q\u00eb kjo familje t\u00eb
