Sytari, q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohej nga teologu Ruzhdi Plangaj, imam i xhamis\u00eb Kiras, nj\u00ebherazi k\u00ebshilltar i Myftiut, z. Indrit Plangaj, imam i xhamis\u00eb Fshati i Ri, teologu Lavdrim Hamja etj.<\/p>\n
Myftiu uroi t\u00eb pranishmit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mir\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe, pasi, sikurse theksoi n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij: “Nd\u00ebrtimi i minares p\u00ebr xhamin\u00eb e Fshatit t\u00eb Ri ka nj\u00eb dometh\u00ebnie t\u00eb madhe dhe nj\u00eb simbolik\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb, q\u00eb e lidh k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb muslimane edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb me origjin\u00ebn e besimit dhe traditat shekullore t\u00eb saj”.<\/p>\n
Myftiu fal\u00ebnderoi donatoren e k\u00ebtij projekti bamir\u00ebs, nj\u00eb qytetare e nderuar, e cila ka kontribuar edhe m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebr projekte bamir\u00ebse n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit.<\/p>\n
G\u00ebzimin p\u00ebr fillimin e punimeve p\u00ebr minaren e re t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb n\u00eb Fshatin e Ri e shpreh\u00ebn edhe imami i xhamis\u00eb, si dhe teologu Ruzhdi Plangaj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fal\u00ebnderuan Myftinin\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe donatoren p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb bamir\u00ebsi dhe interesim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb.<\/p>\n
